Hi everyone! 

I wanted to give you a little sneak peek on what I’ve been working on lately. After spending a full year developing Sewer Sanctuary, I ended up with a lot of extra ideas. Fun content that didn’t make it into the adventure in order to keep it lean and focused on the already puzzle-filled dungeon. However, some of those ideas stuck with me and play testers, so I still wanted to bring them to life as a separate module that can be added to any adventure. 

One of them was a side quest that begins when players discover a mysterious book, leading them on a search for hidden guardians within the forgotten temple. The book describes these creatures and how to uncover them. As a fan of prehistoric life, I decided to reimagine these guardians as the ghostly spirits of ammonite-like creatures. These ancient beings can be found sleeping within rocky cave walls of a dungeon, ready to be heard and uncovered.

Each spirit will be  having a small, character-driven puzzle or test. Rewards can either be chosen by the DM or rolled from a provided table. This mini-supplement is designed to be a flexible add-on to literally any TTRPG: You can drop a single spirit into a larger campaign as a curious side encounter, or implement the full supplement as a linked quest through dungeons, temples or any rocky environment.

The pamphlet will include 5 ammonite spirits, inspired by real ammonites with their unique visual and a narrative prompt explaining the puzzle.
